Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable and must be made in full and in advance.
2. Authorization and Use of Brand Materials
By proceeding with the payment, you hereby authorize Tomoh Marketing Management (Tomoh M.M.) to use your name, logo, company name, and any other non-confidential information across online or offline platforms for the purpose of enhancing your brand visibility and business awareness.
3. Scope of Work
Payment of the quotation amount constitutes authorization for Tomoh M.M. to perform all necessary online and offline activities related to the development, marketing, and promotion of your business and professional profile.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Tomoh M.M. will exercise due care and professionalism in executing all services; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The company shall not be held liable for any business risks, losses, or challenges arising from its marketing or operational activities.
5. Membership and Renewal Terms
This package is valid for a 9-month duration, with payments to be made monthly at AED 2,599. A minimum membership commitment of three (3) months is required.
Membership may be cancelled after the initial 3-month period through an official written request, duly signed and stamped by an authorized signatory.
